Here in O.V.I.S, quality and responsibility are close to our hearts. We use high-quality Stanley/Stella garments in our products, made to last. Since every product is made to order just for you, we ask that you make your purchase decision carefully.
Right of Return
You have 14 days to return a product from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or order confirmation.

Please note: We do not accept returns that have not been agreed upon in advance. If a return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping the package.
Ethics & Environment – why we discourage unnecessary returns
Beovis garments are printed on demand, which significantly reduces textile waste and overproduction in the fashion industry. Every return and reshipment increases the carbon footprint through transportation. Since we don't hold large stock, returned items often go to waste as they cannot be directly resold. We therefore ask you to carefully consult the size guide before ordering — together we save nature and resources.
Damages and Defects (Claims)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@beovis.com. Include a photo of the damage and your order number. We will take care of resolving the issue and delivering a replacement product as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item (once the return is approved) and place a new order in our online store.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product is in its original condition and has not been personalised. Please keep in mind our ethical considerations regarding made-to-order production mentioned above.
Return Costs:
In the event of a product defect or incorrect delivery, we will cover all costs. In other cases (such as a size exchange or return), the customer is responsible for the direct shipping costs of the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks may take some time to process the transaction. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
